Just use the email address associated with your PrimeCare VIP account. Our team will match it to your membership and apply your $99 credit automatically — no member ID required.
When do I receive my $99?
Your $99 account credit is applied automatically once your referred friend has been an active member for 90 consecutive days.
How does my friend get their $99 off?
After you submit the form, our team sends your friend a personalized invitation. The $99 savings is applied to their first month when they sign up.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
You may refer up to 10 friends per calendar year. Each successful referral earns you a $99 credit.
What if my friend cancels before 90 days?
If your friend cancels their membership before completing 90 days, the $99 referral credit will not be issued to your account.
Can I refer someone who is already a member?
No. The referral program is for new members only. Current and former members are not eligible for the $99 new-member savings.
